I offer classes live via Zoom and in person at St Peter’s Church Community Halls, so you can join in wherever you feel most comfortable. Plus, my On Demand library features over 100 videos—perfect for catching up on missed sessions or practicing a little more when it suits your schedule.

I have recently had a full ceramic hip replacement.The physiotherapists were impressed and delighted with my ability to move and weight transfer from day one. This was without doubt helped by being as fit as possible before surgery. I have been one of Nikki's students in recent months and also for a few years before my first hip surgery.Pilates is one of the best forms of safe exercising before surgery as core strength is vital to enable comfortable exercising and movement post surgery. Even if you have a lot of pain before the surgery there are exercises that are possible that will not be too uncomfortable to do. I would recommend you do this if you are able.I am looking forward to returning to full fitness and resuming my Pilates classes.
